Delivery of equipment and oversized structures
These terms of supply apply to orders placed with SIA RIKI.LV and form an annex to the supply contract.
Terms of supply
- Delivery cost is calculated for each order and stated in the commercial offer.
- The calculation takes into account weight, volume, number of pallets, delivery address and the need for special equipment.
Methods of supply
- Parcel shipment.
- Pallet shipment.
- Dedicated transport.
- Delivery of oversized structures to site.
Unloading
- Unloading is provided by the recipient.
- Transport with a tail lift or a crane is provided on request and paid for separately.
- Access restrictions are agreed before dispatch.
Data required for dispatch
- The buyer provides the delivery address, the contact person and the unloading conditions.
Geography
- Latvia and the countries of the European Union.
- Other destinations — on request.
Lead times
- The lead time is stated in the commercial offer for each order.
Acceptance of the cargo
- The number of packages and the condition of the packaging are checked before the delivery note is signed.
- Damage is recorded in a report with the driver at unloading.
Documents
- Delivery note and invoice.
- Manufacturer documents — on request.
- For public sector customers, electronic invoices in the agreed format.
